Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Tanzania and offer free pickup from our workshop in Dar es Salaam. Here's how delivery works.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to all regions of mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Delivery fees vary by region and are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

2. Free delivery

Delivery is complimentary on orders over the threshold shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site. The threshold is set by the owner and may change.

3. Processing time

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Made-to-order and custom pieces follow the timeline agreed when you order.

4. Delivery estimates

• Dar es Salaam — 1–2 working days
• Regional centres — 1–5 working days depending on location
• Pickup from the workshop — usually ready in 1–2 days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by conditions beyond our control.

5. Tracking

You'll receive an update when your order is dispatched, with a tracking number where the carrier provides one. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account.

6. International delivery
