UHURU Leather
Consumer information
Last updated · 2 September 2026
This page publishes the information you need to buy from us with confidence — who we are, how pricing works, and your rights.
1. Business identity
Placeholder — to be completed by the owner. The following must be filled in with verified details before launch: legal business name, business registration number, TIN, VAT status (if registered), registered address, and the phone/email through which the business can be contacted. Until then, contact details shown on the contact page are placeholders.
2. Product information
Every product page states the materials (outer leather, lining, hardware and thread), dimensions, weight and capacity where relevant, and care instructions. Prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings and include what they include — any delivery fee and applicable tax are itemised at checkout.
3. Order review and correction
Before you submit an order, checkout shows the complete order — items, quantities, totals, delivery and payment method — and you can go back and correct any detail. You receive an order reference once it's placed.
4. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be handled in accordance with Tanzanian law. The appropriate dispute resolution and consumer-protection references should be confirmed with a Tanzanian lawyer before launch.

6. Compliance status
Not yet verified. This site is designed to accommodate Tanzanian requirements for electronic transactions, consumer protection, privacy/data protection, tax and invoicing — but the existence of these pages is not a statement of legal compliance. The owner must have the final wording, tax treatment and registration details confirmed by a Tanzanian lawyer, accountant, tax adviser and payment provider before trading.
These pages describe how UHURU Leather operates. They are provided for information and are not legal advice. Business identity details (registration number, TIN, VAT status and address) are placeholders until the owner enters verified information in the admin. Nothing on this site should be taken as a statement of legal compliance — have the final wording reviewed by a Tanzanian lawyer before launch.
